- Shipping fee: Calculated based on order weight, size, and destination, displayed at checkout.

- Estimated delivery time: 20-30 business days
- Coverage: Specific countries and regions
- Shipping fee: Calculated based on order weight, size, and destination, at a lower cost.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, customs inspections, or other uncontrollable factors.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Our bulk order processing time is typically 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For customized sample products and production order items, the specific delivery time will be agreed upon by both parties.
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email.
4. SHIPPING FEES
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping for single orders reaching a specific threshold (e.g., $200).
- Orders below the free shipping threshold: Shipping fees are calculated based on logistics company rates, displayed at checkout.
5. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and determined by the policies of the destination country.
- We will do our best to assist in providing necessary documentation to expedite the customs clearance process but cannot control or predict the time and cost involved.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at support@wholehed.com within 7 business days of receiving the package or identifying the issue.
- We will assist you in communicating with the logistics company and resolving the issue, but the processing time may vary depending on the logistics company’s policies.
7. UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Delivery may not be possible to certain remote areas or postal addresses. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternative solutions or provide a refund.
8. TRACKING SHIPMENTS
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track the package status through the logistics company’s website or our online order system.
